Not even worth 1 star. PLEASE PLEASE do not go here. There's only member of sales in the whole department. It takes DAYS before you can even speak to her. She's useless and uninformative when you do manage to get through to her. Main receptionist is incredibly rude. She claimed at one point, that I was calling too much after calling once in the morning and then late evening and put down the phone.
Ripped me off.
Didnt have heating for 3 weeks during exam season despite being told. Then tried to charge us and claimed that they hadnt been told previously and fixing it in 24 hours. Months later, they still refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. If I could give less than 1/5 I would.
shocking problems repairs take weeks to be fixed. The staff are rude and not helpful.
Never go to these people very bad experiance. staff can't speak english dont ever foot step in that place you will regret it
