I have 2 rental properties let by Northwood and since using an Agent I am now making a profit!Although I have to pay Northwood they get more rent than I used to, which means they cost me very little and do all the hard work for me.If you rent them yourself tenants have no respect and expect everything done for them, paying rent was always last on their list!Using Northwood as my Agent I get the rent in full as regular as clockwork.If we can't do repairs Northwood always have people available to sort out problems, then they knock the cost off the next rent payment.They get new tenants in so quickly I hardly have time to do repairs and maintenance in between lets.In all the years I have been with them the tenants have been good quality and well behaved.I definitely recommend Northwood.I will never let properties myself ever again.
