Nice little orchard to walk around at any time of year. Beehives active over the summer months

If it's the cabins then they have all been flattened

The area south of Beverley disected by Long Lane a causeway which runs from Beverley Minster to Woodmansey has long been known as Beverley Parks. There is an interesting new orchard planted in the millennium by children from local schools. The trees are all varieties traditionally grown in The East Riding. Planted around this site at the sametime were various deciduous trees of local establishment. Originally a deer park in medieval times a, now run down, farm on the site at one time had a long brick built archadian deer shelter. At present this area is still rural farm land despite its close proximinity to Beverley town centre but, sadly, it is about to change dramatically, within a decade, as planning permission has been granted to build 3,000 new homes.

A nice quiet place to walk your dog - clean and tidy !

I love it here, quiet relaxing and ideal for a picnic in the orchard full of bees as they busy themselves making honey nearby. Just a few small site, but big enough for a few hours walking with a family or on your own.
