Great dog walking spot. Brilliant for outdoors type kids, lots of woodland and tree rope swings to explore, disused Windmill on the Westwood worth seeing. Free parking. The Woolpack nearby is a great spot to visit with the Westwood. Can be muddy!
Love this place so much . Used to come every weekend with my late hubby and the kids .. so when he passed we now bring flowers on anniversaries and put them at our favourite tree seat area . Great to have a run round with the kids and dogs .. what ever time of year . X
Good place to walk your dog for hours on end. Fun place to cycle with friends.
Great to stretch your legs. Ideal for dogs and kids. Not too muddy at the minute. Could spend 2 hrs here easily. Home made swings in the trees for kids to explore x
The Westwood has such a beautiful and ancient feel to it. There are some stunning trees with so much character. We had a lovely walk through there as the trees were all turning to red and losing their leaves.
