I've never had such terrible service. I purchased some earring s which broke on the 2nd time I wore them. I took them back and they said they would send them back to the supplier but they had stopped supplying them so Xen offered to have then repaired (originally saying it would cost 5 but then finally agreeing to have them repaired for free) this started at the beginning of Oct.. 3 visits and several phonecall s and still no earrings even though on the last visit 4 weeks ago they promised they would chase them up and post them to me. They were not expensive earring s but it is the principal. I have tried ringing for the last few days but they do not answer or have a answer phone. I have sent a message via there web site but no reply. I do not live in Beverly so a visit to the shop is not possible. So for the first time in my life I have resorted to writing a poor review. It is Christmas time and I'm sure a lot of people will be buying jewellry for friends and family so please be warned as I would hate anyone else to have this experience .
