My little girl got her ears pierced and the ladies in store was so lovely and friendly. My little girl couldn't stop smiling and it was a pleasure using this store. Highly recommend! Brilliant customer service from start to finish

Went to exchange a Pandora bracelet which was too big. Quite busy as I walked in, but an assistant came over to offer assistance. Very quickly provided a smaller size, changed the receipt and I was on my way. Great service!
