I Dealt with a guy called Mike he was a gentleman and really looked after me.While I was there a man came in and asked if he could buy one of the airplane displays in the window for his son for Xmas as he wanted to be a pilot when he left school. The female assistant took the plane out of the window and give it to him for free as a present. He promised to return to buy his mum a watch when he had saved enough money. It was a surreal experience and the staff were a delight to deal with.I relocated into the area from London and find the people here so polite and welcoming.Eddie M.
Bought a nice item from the shop as a gift, very helpful staff. Also had my Omega sent off for servicing. Watch came back as good as new
Not a happy experience, left store really upset. Felt like I was being treat appallingly by the staff. When I feel less upset I will be following this up
I strongly disagree with your response, mainly because: first, that supposed picture was never taken in front of the owner, so not legally valid and secondly because you never informed us straight away or even knew about this supposed misuse (not proven yet) the first time that I claimed you after ONE MONTH! where my watch was. Took me THREE phone calls and one week to be informed.A repair has NEVER been authorized as you gave me an estimate that I declined as the watch doesnt worth that amount. I gave you specific instructions about what to do with the watch (throw in the bin). So, once again, you havent done what you been asked to.The treatment received was exactly as unprofessional as the first that I got with my Breitling, watch that took you several weeks to find out where it was and you never explained why you didnt know anything about it. And at that moment in time I wasnt talking about a watch of a bunch of hundreds. So no, your service is not professional and your client care is pathetic.Youve lost two clients and several potential ones as I wont ever recommend you ever again.
My wife bought a Rotary watch. After a few days of use began with condensation. Went to shop, sent back to rotary and its supposed it was fixed. A few days after, again with condensation. Left watch in shop and a few weeks after with no news from shop, phoned them. They didn't know anything about the watch. A few minutes after called us back and told us the watch was rusty inside because the crown was opened. As a collector of watches that's not an excuse but an insult. They asked me if I wanted an estimate and the watch was still in warranty!! If crown was opened they should have realized when I left it. And it wasn't!!! anyway, im a local business supporter, but with this post sell service , ill buy internet, at least, is cheaper.
