My wife heard about Damien from a friend who recommended she saw him regarding her foot problem. She had been to several physiotherapists and podiatrists not having a satisfactory outcome. She booked an appointment and quickly saw Damien, he was very through and quickly found a few problems, he was able to treat one of the problems and recommended further treatment from her GP, having diagnosed the problem. She was very happy and found him, friendly and professional and would recommend him to anyone.
My experiences at the clinic have been fantastic, I have received treatment from both Vicky and Damian and it has been second to none. Incredibly helpful along with fantastic service from all the staff.
I can highly recommend this service. Podiatrist Damian has been very professional and patient, and explained gait issues very clearly to my son. We are in very good hands!
Terrible experience with this clinic, would give zero stars. We booked via phone and details such as checking the spelling of patients name, DoB, the stages of her illness were requested, then they confirmed the time and date of the appointment. Upon arrival at the clinic they had no records of the booking, and the attitude of the staff was decidedly unhelpful. Judging the business on the quality of their customer service I would say I am very unimpressed.
