Brilliant nurse and really nice and helpful receptionist
I have been with this surgery for more than 22 years, and I have reluctantly decided to move to the pig hill Surgery simply because of the rude obstructive receptionist. Considering most patients will call because they are ill this woman can single handedly raise your blood pressure and make you feel even worse. And I know that I am not the only person that thinks this way, why the surgery keeps her...... I dont know I have made a formal complaint to the practice manager, however, to date I have yet to receive a response.
This surgery use to be amazing. But it has taken 200 phone calls after 8am to get through, and even then there are no appointments by 8:10. Reluctant to give any appointments past that day, which means repeating this frustrating farce for a service the next day. Eventually described to staff member the need to see GP and the response is an appointment nearly a week in the future. No service anymore, very disappointed with a once exemplary practice.
All doctors, nurses and reception staff were extremely polite and friendly .
