No appointments ever available and whoever the receptionist is could do with an intense customer care course as arrogance is not part of the criteria to work in a doctor's surgery.
If I could I would not give even a star. Rude staff!!! Cannot believe this is a NHS that I respect so much. reception manager regused to book an appointment for 6months old baby boy who was struggling to breath coz his congested nose. Shocking!!!
Great caring staff, good doctors that take the time to listen. Nurses are always welcoming and friendly whilst being very professional in their work.
