Very caring staff! Friendly and helpful, they care very much about the animals and their owners
We have decided to leave this Practice. There has been some good care during our short time but when we had an issue and gave a balanced feedback to the Director whom it involved, we have, two weeks on, not even received an acknowledgement let alone a response. This speaks to us that either the issue cannot be argued and at a loss to discuss or it is clearly just unprofessional lack of care. This now confirms we have made the right decision to leave. The animal care side naturally is of the utmost importance but surely good customer care is needed too and particularly by the Director/s. Thank you Peel Veterinary for the good parts and thank you to the staff who have cared during our time there. Maybe we have just been unlucky.p.s. we have now after posting this review received a response to our issue for which we are grateful.
Handled the emergency with my little dog with professionalism and grace. Was very relieved when all had been dealt with.
The staff are wonderful and caring my dolly was always there for one thing or another sadly she was put to sleep not long ago. The vets who came to my house to tend to dolly were amazing professional caring and talked us through what was going to happen they treated dolly at the time with so much love and care. Thanks again everyone I would recommend yourselves 100%.Kind regards Paula Denysenko
