Abserlutely fantastic with both the owners and the pet extremely care giving and polite. The building itself is very clean, warm and welcoming. Very polite and helpfull staff and take both the owners and pets interests into mind and giving the best of options and directions of treatment for the pet.. Overall i'm very pleased indeed. Always a fast, efficient and friendly service, there whenever my pets need anything.One thing I would suggest is maybe having a couple of clinics a week that are for dogs only, or cats only. The waiting room is not the biggest and when it's busy, keeping the animals separated can be very difficult. Although, they have tried to create separate areas for them. It's a shame that the old bike shop next door can't be bought by the Kingston group, the practice could then expand and create a larger waiting room!?!
Very caring. Obviously love and understand animals and do everything to make the animal feel calm and secure. Always very friendly towards the customers. Highly recommend.
My Jack Russell was having problems with her rear end and getting herself into a bit of a state. I was really upset to see her like it so wanted a vet urgently. After calling my own vet it would be 16.30 before they could do anything for her. So at 9am I rang Kingston vet group and by 10.45 she was all done and dusted. So I could highly recommend this practice for its really good helpful and friendly service. And brilliant caring staff. Thank you very much. John Lickiss. and of course Milly.
