Just driven home in my new car. Fantastic deal and service from Steve ( I think his surname was Ward). Great deal on part exchange. Tea and coffee whist we waited for paperwork to be processed. All in all very happy. Have dealt with this dealership on many occasions and will continue to do so. Excellent customer service. Just wanted to add to this. After picking my car up on Monday it was back in within 6 hours for clutch problems. Wednesday now and still havent got it back yet. NOT happy.
Wow... so happy with the service I received plenty of coffee while we waited for finance to go ahead and also a MASSIVE thank you to Steve ketley for all his hard work but he knows his job so nothing was a problem. Definitely recommend this branch to anyone.
