This is a great place to go to for a new car. I am driving my third new car from there. You are looked after with the after sales team as well.
Bunch of cowboys. Allegedly repaired my Corsa. After three days and a 250 bill my car has same problem. Phoned them up to complain. They said for another 50 they would plug in the diagnostics. Although they had done this the days earlier. I sold the car back to another branch of the organisation so now they will have to fix it to seek it on. I Would never use this place again. Premium prices for a terrible service. I expect more from the main dealers. For your own sake avoid this company
Car called in for recall. Asked to bring car into Beverley for 8.30 . Told car would be ready for 14.00. I explained that I would be hanging around in Beverley as I live in anlaby so unable to get back . Assured would be ready. Went back at 14.00 - contacted Evans halshaw to say I was coming back - assured car nearly ready. Got back to garage and my car had not been moved . Still parked where I had left it so had not been touched. Told wouldn't be long. Two hours later the car was moved and dealt with. Report given to me incorrect as stated brake pads worn . They had been changed the week before. Stated tracking correct but I know that the car pulls to the left. I understand that there was a fault that the car was recalled for but the whole experience was poor and does not make me have any confidence in the work done at this premises. When car was finished with I was told it was outside in a vague direction . Went out and could not find my car. Found after wandering around site in totally opposite direction to which I was told it was. So glad to finally leave after spending 9 hours in total waiting for my car
Called in here to sell a relative's car who has passed away. Very efficient, excellent price, very friendly. No pushy sales talk. Will definitely go back.
