Friendly staff, well-stocked, great reductions at the end of the day.
Consistently mediocre service, no biscuit with your coffee "unless you ask for it", plastic glasses for coke. Why do I keep coming back? I like M&S but not this cafe. Never again when there are others so much better so close...
I would like to see more bigger size clothing. And men's clothing too
Poor. Too busy. Staff incredibly slow. Gender neutral toilets with massive queues. Two disabled toilet cubicles and two gender neutral cubicles simply not enough for a big store. Bring back separate male n female toilets. Pity M&S don't deliver so we don't have to deal with slow staff and poor toilet facilties. Actual food itself is fantastic.

Was my only exchange with the cashier.In my view not the excellent customer service that we hear this store and the company as a whole claims to provide.She could really do to tidy up her appearance (I won't go into specifics because I'm not that kind of person but she wasn't either pleasant or well groomed) So we will just leave it at that. Which is what I did as soon as possible.
