I visited this shop on Saturday with a friend who is a regular customer, she choose a pair of shoes that were in the 50% off section. It was the day following Black Friday therefore this very small shop was arranged in order of reductions , some 25% off some 50% etcThe shop assistant commented to my friend what a good reduction the shoes were when she was trying them on, however when she went to the till to purchase them they said there had been a mistake and there was not 50% off at all! My friend was very disappointed and did not purchase them as they were expensive and not reduced as she had thought. I feel this was appalling customer service for a small business that is quite exclusive, I would have thought that customer service would have been of paramount importance , it was the shops mistake the sale reduction should have been honoured as stated. If you want to keep your regular customers maybe you should consider this.
