Recently used this company for a family funeral. Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. They were professional, empathetic and nothing was too much to ask. They were extremely attentive and kept in touch throughout the whole process, advising us and providing support at a very difficult time. Would like to thank the whole team for everything and a specific huge thank you to Robert, friendly, down to earth and couldn't do enough for us.
We have always used Shepherds and when we lost our Mum they wanted over 5 grand!!! We was told about a place called Jones funeral directors they did the same service for 3 grand even had the same vicar and church! a 2 grand saving for exactly the same funeral. Feel ripped off by Shepherds for all those years, shame on you
