Dear Brett, I feel I must thank you publicly for an excellent work ethic which carries on throughout your team. The work you carried out during a major house renovation was second to none. The way Jack and Aaron conducted themselves when working at times under difficult conditions and over a long period of time was unusual to say the least and their customer service training was evident. Must also mention Robin who clearly knows the answers and how to solve the difficulties encountered during work in my house.
