Most staff are part time apparently so if you need to see your allocated dentist in an emergency the reception staff discourage you from seeing someone else do you have to wait until your dentist is in.Since Lynton Banks left it has become very commercial. Reception staff do their best but you can tell they struggle with the part time dentist situation. Currently having problems sorting my teeth. Will let you know.
Majority of staff and dentists do there jobs in an efficient manner but the practice lacks the happy, friendly atmosphere when under the management of Mr Banks(oh well nothing stays the same) Apparently the dentists are independent and do not work as a team, on one occasion I walked in the practice to make an appointment because know one was answering the phone, this was because reception staff were fed up and embarrassed explaining to customers that only one dentist attended that day, the rest were on holiday!
