Very poor customer service!Will not recommend nor shop with Jack wills again!Refunds are also terrible, chasing Jack wills for 8weeks to get my money back, sending endless emails and when calling being placed on hold for over a hour....... not good enough Very unhappy will the service

We went into the new store in Beverly today , beautiful shop , well presented and very helpful staff .
