Lovely food and good service. Staff pleasant and very helpful. We had a coeliac in our party and on asking they brought out separate free canapes.
Great location with professional, friendly staff the owners are a credit to their vision for what they want the pub to be.Food is cooked to a very high standard and quality with a menu that covers all aspects of appetite.Really does tick all the boxes for either a quick drink whilst dog walking (yes dogs are allowed in the separate bar area) or a special meal that requires class act cooking.Highly recommended.
Had a lovely evening tonight. Lovely food, well presented, plenty of it, value for money. Lovely staff and very lovely relaxing place. Would recommend and will come back again.
We had a superb meal to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The atmosphere in the pub was just the job for a pleasant evening out for a celebration. We all had the filet steak and it was so tender and tasty. Compliments to the chefs and the farmer who provided the beef. Thanks to our hosts who made it a very enjoyable evening. Definitely a lovely place to have a good meal.
